- I follow all directions and standards of conduct given to me by the Paradigm leadership team whether communicated through training, post orders, job descriptions, written orders, verbal orders, or other methods.
- I report all concerns expressed by our Clients or their team members up my Chain-of-Command, record these concerns in the site logbook, and follow-through to see that all concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.

Training

- I am responsible for my personal development and work with my Chain-of-Command to develop myself so that I can increase my contribution to our Clients, our company, and our team.
- I take advantage of all training available to me through Paradigm’s Training Academy.
- I am committed to continuously educating our Clients on our technology and techniques used in providing security for their people and property.
Teamwork
- I will keep an eye for detail to assure nothing is overlooked and take ownership.
- I am committed to ensuring that our Clients are satisfied with my performance and with Paradigm.
- I maintain a positive attitude both personally and professionally while working with our team and existing and potential Clients.
Communication
- I am consistent in my communication with my Clients and my team.
- If I am in doubt regarding the status of a project, a Client, a team member or Client feelings – I will communicate with my Chain-of-Command.
- I will ensure any correspondence (including e-mails, faxes, and written documentation) have proper spelling and punctuation.
- I maintain lines of communication with my supervisor or manager by always having a current telephone number and email on file with HR and by answering or responding immediately when called.
