Rick Strawn and Nick Masino, Gwinnett Chamber CEO, discuss changes and successes

Nick Masino, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce President & CEO since July 1, 2019, has been preparing his team to improve and expand on the Chamber's great foundation and programs. Internal collaboration and senior leadership training are two key areas where Chamber employee input is being sought and put into action. With a "concierge service" focus, membership engagement initiatives are being defined and staffed. Masino shared a number of business development and growth examples that are creating job opportunities. He also discussed the next steps for Revel, the mixed-use $900 million development in Gwinnett County that has been suspended.
