Paradigm Security Services Announces Promotion

Paradigm Security Services is pleased to announce a well-deserved promotion for Officer Kevin Masten from sergeant to lieutenant. Lieutenant Masten has proven himself to be a valuable leader and team member at Paradigm Security Services. He has long since completed his Tier 1 & 2 and Supervisor training and is also State Certified as an Armed Officer for Paradigm.

For most of his tenure at Paradigm, he has worked as the supervisor at a prestigious and luxury apartment community. During his long-time and consistent presence at this client site, he has gained a thorough knowledge of their private security needs. He puts this knowledge into action to minimize issues and effectively handle periodic concerns at this site. Security Officers who report to Lieutenant Masten are well managed and understand their security patrol duties, work requirements and overall client priorities. 

Lieutenant Masten has developed a strong working rapport with the client and their staff. He can be counted on to make sound decisions and respond quickly in emergency situations as well as routine matters.

Lieutenant Masten has been employed at Paradigm since August 2016 and is one of the longest tenured employees in the company. His promotion was effective October 2021.
