Kachena Harris was Paradigm's recent recipient of "In the Moment Appreciation" - an employee reward recognition when a Paradigm Security Officer is "caught" doing something above and beyond.  She has been on the ball at her new site and has taken ownership of her duties to protect the site.  She is consistently punctual and works her assigned shifts.  She has gone above and beyond on her duties and received letters of praise from both the site staff and their residents.  She also provided reliable and accurate incident reports needed after the fact when the property manager called requesting specific incident reports. The reports were written and present in the system to share with the client. She has done an all-around excellent job.
